Inestroza Landscaping LLC is a registered Maryland landscaping and hardscaping company based in Westminster. Jovar Inestroza started the business doing the work himself, and that hasn't changed: he quotes every project, runs the crew, and is on site when the base is compacted and the first course of block goes down.
The company does the full range of outdoor work: retaining walls, paver patios, walkways and sidewalks, concrete, steps, bluestone and river rock, drainage systems, tree removal and trimming, woodland clearing, sod and seed, topsoil, planting, mulching, spring cleanup, fencing, and decks. Having hardscape and softscape under one roof means your patio, its drainage, and the beds around it are planned together, not bolted on by three different contractors.
We work Monday through Saturday across Carroll County and the neighboring communities in Frederick and Baltimore counties and southern Pennsylvania. Estimates are free and in writing, new clients get 15% off, and the final invoice goes out after we've walked the finished yard with you.
